Move or delete your .htaccess, if it has directives other than:

CODE
Order
Deny
Allow

Then the server will choke on trying to parse it.

Not at the moment, there are certain directives to which we don't want to allow. We'll update you on the current status.

At the moment, all that is allowed are the aforementioned directives so you can protect directories (but not in '<Directory>' blocks).
