i think that html is easier to remember.

But HTML displays the text on the screen
and css is used to chace the way the text looks. smile.gif

if you are only using html then you will have a basic website. css is important to make the website look like some thing

• External Style Sheets can save a lot of work
• External Style Sheets are stored in CSS files
