Need Help Installing Smf Forums, i can't get this information |

I have tried everything to fill in this information correctly, but no matter what i do, it replys with an error!.
 here is the stage i'm at, and having a serious issue with, when installing Simple Machine Forums on my site SMF  If you can help me in any way, please post here. Thanx very much -Respect for you all  -Chamillion |

Thank you Andrew, you are remembered as a hero

I'm actually surprised you got past the php ftp screen, seems everyone else doesn't chmod the files via their FTP client. |
