Afraid you'll have to be a bit more descriptive than that.
On this page: http://www.hosting.zymic.com/user_db.jsp First create the database. Once you've created the database, you need to create a user. Once you've created the user, you need to assign it privileges to your newly created database. Click the drop down for the member, click the drop down for the database, then chose the privileges and click 'Assign privileges'. |
