I can't access my files in the file manager. This is what i get when i go there.
 Also, when i try Ftp i can't connect. |

I never noticed this thread, but I think your name is too long, after looking in our admin the account files etc don't even exist, so it has stupidly just added a database entry for a non-existent account.
If you create a new hosting account, then send me that subdomain, I will alter that account so it reflects to this one. PM me the details once created. |
