Hi, Although this isn't the place for Hosting issues I'll give a little input: the " zzl, zxq, 99k, zymichost and clanteam server(s) are currently down , please be patient - the behind the scenes work happens accordingly in situation(s) like this.
Thank you for your understanding and patients in this matter (things happen). Hope this helps you out. |

I was just wondering when the servers will be up again ? Can you estimate the time it will take to fix it, and is there anything we can do in the meantime to keep our business running ? |

From IRC Hosting Chat Support: At this time, hosting.zymic.com is down and that includes zxq/zzl/99k/zymichost/clanteam sites ( HTTP MySQL FTP ) as well. Please wait and it will be fixed. There is no ETA of it being fixed. Thanks.

... Can you estimate the time it will take to fix it, and is there anything we can do in the meantime to keep our business running ? Generally, remedies applied usually take no more than a slight inconvenience of downtime to the Zymic WEBMASTER RESOURCES Community Members Free Ad Free Web Hosted Acoount(s). As you may have already noticed, the server(s) is [are] back online. ...and, I'll add... An estimate of time is always nice to have (to look forward to). Each situation is different and each situation needs an applicable remedy. Some remedies take longer than others to produce a corrected result, as such - The Zymic Administration and Staff have consistantly proven themselves to be timely, efficient and wise of appropriate remedy(ies). There has only been one issue of severity that I am aware of since becoming a Registered Zymic WEBMASTER RESOURCES Community Member - that was the advent of one of the Servers giving up the ghost due to mechanical failure which I understand was attributable to having the Server being [far] in excess of the manufacturers Mean Time Before Failure (MTBF) Rating suggested by the manufacturers' rating of MTBF. This death of a server came only after years (24, 7, 365) of continual use (and sometimes, abuse by "bent on malicious use" account holders) of the Zymic WEBMASTER RESOURCES Community. From my personal experience, The Zymic WEBMASTER RESOURCES Administration and Staff go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure "Quality in the highest measure" is served to the Zymic WEBMASTER RESOURCES Community in care of your project(s). I find that to be such a wonderous dedication to serving Free Ad Free Web Hosted Account service(s) on the World-Wide-Web. As for "is there anything we can do in the meantime to keep our business running ?" I'll supposition this in answer for a possible solution: Provide your customer/client base with the avenue to let them know the truth of the matter of the issue via one of the popular Social Networks available (Twitter, Facebook, etc..) that due to technical problems beyond your control you are experiencing some Internet Server issue(s) that should be remedied in a timely, reasonable and prudent manner not inconsistant with the nature(s) of the Internet - Thank them for the time and consideration to seek to conduct their business with you and ask them to return within a reasonable amount of time consistant with the nature(s) of remedy(ies) of/for Internet related issue(s). Hope this helps you, MODISH |

The one thing that is see all the time is that "The servers should be up right away" and "Why dont you have an ETA?" Now i am on the IRC all the time helping people and im here helping the users. I understand that you want your site to be up 100% and that you dont want to deal with any of the downtime cause of your business, but the one thing that you should do if you want to keep your business going is just get paid hosting and not free cause free web hosting servers get attacked all the time from abuse (internally) or from outside attackes. No system is perfect and no system is up 100% of the time. We are working on keeping the abuse down and to help keep the system working. Now no one works at Zymic or for Zymic, we are giving our time freely to help you and the community so we are doing the best we can.
