Hope I can get some help here. Got the email recently about: QUOTE You are receiving this email as your domain http://dcin.clanteam.com has not yet been activated. All users on the zxq.net, zzl.org, 99k.org, zymichost.com and clanteam.com domains have been moved to a new and improved server. To cut down on unused websites and to speed up the service in the coming months we have taken an initiative to have everyone who wishes to keep their domain, reactivate their account. If you do not intend on using your domain, please do not reactivate the domain. If you do wish to reactivate your domain, please follow these simple instructions: First login to your account:http://zymic.com/log-in Then navigate to your domains:http://zymic.com/zcp/index-other.php You will find within this page a small link named 'activate' adjacent to your domain, click this and you will be presented with the new terms of service; once accepted your domain will be restored to its former state. Due to a new server, you will be required to change your database credentials, an email will be sent detailing the new required values. Your FTP username has also changed so please be sure to read the email sent Well I have followed these instructions and got the web page: QUOTE Dear Zymic Member, You have sucessfully registered your web hosting account dcin.clanteam.com! However when I get to the control panel and click "LOGIN" next to dcin.clanteam.com I get "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" Any help with this. Cheers The1Eagle |

I seem to be having an extremely similar problem if not the same. I reactivated my accounts on clanteam and 99k but cannot log into them. The pages on them display, so I know the site is there but (as I'm using Firefox):
Server not found Firefox can't find the server at www.clanteam.com. I was told in chat that something was going on with the server, but I figured since it's been almost a week and the sites have loaded just fine that it has to do with only the log-in process itself. Is there anything I can do? |

Cheers Ed I can now access my control panel. Thanks for fixing this.
However when I go to my web site http://dcin.clanteam.com I get this QUOTE Unable to establish connection to MySQL 1045 : Access denied for user 'vhostswww'@'192.168.1.1' (using password: NO) What is causing this to occur. I haven't changed anything just logged into my account control panel. Any ideas? Thanks The1Eagle |
