I have designed a photoshop layout for my website.
How can I convert it into HTML and CSS?
How can I validate it for contact form?

If your wondering why you haven't gotten a response to this is because there is no easy answer. It's like asking someone "How do I bake a cake?", there are thousands of answers to that question. All I can tell you is that I use my photoshop templates as an exaple of what I want. Then I start coding it by hand into xhtml and css using as few graphics as possible to achieve the visual goal that I have in mind.

You have to split element up into seperate pictures and then you can use HTML and CSS to align the content again, this way you can make links from images and such. Another way is to use an image map but these are not very popular online.
