You don't upload the exe. Why is there an exe anyway? My guess is it is a self extracting archive, run it on your computer, then it should extract the files somewhere, then upload those files. You are sure that you downloaded Dolphin and not some random executable right?
And next time, I'd recommend starting a new thread. |

That .exe file is a video/audio converter for Mac. Why would you upload it? [Here] are the results to prove it.

To be honest, I have no idea why it requires it to be there. Best bet is to modify the install script to not bother checking for its existence. I don't have much time now to help you with this now though.

ffmpeg is for video conversion, the exe I assume is the windows binary, we don't support the running of external applications wtihin the web hosting environment, not to mention it's a Linux based server and ffmpeg is not installed.
Having a look at the demo, I don't think Zymic hosting will support most of things you require, for instance Zymic hosting does not permit mp3 files, most video formats are rejected also. Couldn't find a requirements list though. |

For windows narzy And yes what bread said is true, this definitely will not work on Zymic. I suggest if you want to run that type of script you should just get a paid host, you will find a paid host better for that type of script anyway, and you'll have alot more room to grow. |

The edited file has been pasted here: http://pastebin.com/m7f2496a5 If you are interested, the change was simply commenting line 298 (the entry for ffmpeg in the array of files to check). Note this change will result in possibly unhandled errors when ffmpeg is needed. Hopefully, it won't be too fussy about safe mode. |

Hopefully, it won't be too fussy about safe mode. Looking through the source found this: CODE //check safe_mode if( (int)ini_get( 'safe_mode' ) ) { echo '<b>Warning.</b> Dolphin cannot work in safe mode'; exit; } This really isn't going to work well on Zymic hosting, even with a lot of heavy patching. |

ok to host DOlphin you need a host like 000space. extract dolphin and get delete ffmpeg.exe. re-zip the files and upload with fillezilla (if you use the net2ftp uploader you will need to zip each folder sereratly as it might be to big) then go to htdocs/ray/modules/global/app and creat a new file called ffmpeg.exe and save it (use the net2ftp upload for this) and run http://yoursite/{dolphin}/install and folow the instructions.
