You registered when there was an issue with our main server, can you please re-register and you should be able to access ftp without a problem.

The user already has all privilages though...

EDIT: Oh no... I didn't. I asummed that since all the boxes were ticked, the user could, but it was actually just a form to allow the the user to do that.
