http://zonakaoz.net/ is using material from my website without permission, the owner was approached by one of his users and told him about the copyright infringement, but instead of removing the pictures he decided to ask his user to contact me (on my web site) make aware of the situation, and tell me to go and fuck myself....
Any way I look everywhere in your site for a contact form but I could not find it, so I decided to use the forum.
I you need any further information, please dont hesitate to contact me via email.
I think that if he is using a free hosting service is an indicator for me to try to avoid the legal expense.

Its been more than 48 hrs, and I have not been contacted to provide information (if necessary) and the site remains online, not only displaying material that they don't own but now even telling their users how to bypass the restrictions to enter my site.
They are violating your TOS

I really don't understand why you keep a site that is made with pirated material only, but I guess thats your prerogative,
According to my attorney the fact that a site admin of this site acknowledge the problem by answering the thread, its enough to prove that you where made aware of the problem, and makes you liable.
As I said in my first post, I would love to avoid as much as possible taking this issue any further, but I will if necessary.

Again according to my attorney I don't need to prove you anything, but here is a link with more pictures, and this have the logo of my site, and no, they dont have permission to use them. http://zonakaoz.net/super-uppi-falda-azul/

Finally, I would recommend you to double check the site because they not only are using pirated material for all their content, but they have some that is in clear violation of 18 U.S.C.2257.
They posted, that because they are outside the US I would not be able to take action, But again if they use a free hosting service, I dont think its even worth it
On the other hand your servers and its contents are in the US and subject to its laws.


So I guess now its up to you to decide how far do you want me to take this issue.

The above mentioned website is part of a runescape private server which is in violation of the copyrights currently owned by Jagex ltd. That's why I would like to have this website removed.

i did report 2 sites that i know of that are not puting the zymic copyright but i dont know if you guys received them..(reported at the main site)
