I have another account that I can:
- FTP to (via FileZilla) - Update the database (via the webpages I created) But I cant login to the Zymic Control Panel. I thought my FTP username was the same as my Zymic login name, but it's not. What do you suggest i do? - No point asking for a password reset since my Zymic login isnt the same as my FTP username. - My browsers havent got the username password pair saved for Zymic Is there a way I can get a zymic person to send the login details to the email account of the FTP username? |
