I need this function because I am coding a to-do list sort of application and instead of using sockets (which causes infinite amounts of trouble) I want to use HTTPResponse.
Problem is, it isnt bundled with PHP, and I don't see a way to add it to my site using PCEL. :|
Is there any way an admin can do it for me?
