Okay, I have had zymic hosting since it first came about. I still have one of my hosting accounts with a zxq address, and I recently made another and it only allowed me to choose a vndv address. I have noticed that the vndv is incredibly slow, and has almost a no-response time compared to the hosting on the zxq. Is there any way to fix this or to make a new account using the old zxq server?
Thanks. |

No the zxq server is at capacity right now so there aren't going to be any more accounts created there.

you can fix by waiting. simple as that. wait until transfer is finished, and vndv should also be pretty fast and have good uptime.

The server transfer is the reason. And has been in explained in depth a few times around the forums as why it's taking so long.

The server transfer is the reason. And has been in explained in depth a few times around the forums as why it's taking so long. If it's been around the forum time and time again, why not just sticky the topic that contains the explanation? And do the same with the "502 error" issue (which everyone encounters these days, and which was the reason I came to this topic in the first place). |

It's more fun to have you (the user) search for it.
Think of it like a Treasure Hunt. |
