My Php Hit Counter Not Working |

I am using a simple hit counter in PHP.
It was working before when I was using another server. But that site kept going down and files kept getting corrupted. On here it shows the counts to each site. And on a couple it recorded my hit but now it is not recording anything. The logs have read write permission. I do not know why it is not working. Any help would be great. http://motorcycle.clanteam.com php files are dcount.php and gcount.php

Remove the current hit counter from the site, then publish it again. Once published, access the site builder and add a new hit counter, then publish again.
