I need to rest password for Web Hosting Account Login
Error message says "Sorry but the username and/or email is incorrect." As best as I can see the information I am entering is correct Thank You |

What's your domain, what's the url you're using to reset the password?

http://www.zymic.com/zcp/ is for your zymic.com account, not your hosting, hosting accounts are contained within and have a separate login and separate password reset.
