The template is well made. However the purple image needs some quality adjustment. You don't want the black to transition into the purple smoothly not show it step by step as it is now. The grey text on top of the purple is not something that is good for such layout. It blends in too much and for older people, it is hard to distinguish the difference between the text and the background.

The glow on the top of the purple image, in my opinion, is not needed and the transition at the bottom of the purple image needs some improvement as well. I would suggest you use 1px width png image. Yes it is fairly larger than regular image extensions, but it will highly improve the quality of the images and layout.

The sidebar navigation is very nice and attractive. I really enjoyed hover over the links.

the template is very well made. just like sazzad said though, the purple to black needs a little bit of better blending.

This template was made with Dreamweaver in the code view (as it's much quicker to let Dreamweaver complete text for you rather than typing it all yourself).

All the graphics were created using Fireworks, except those little stars which were produced with Illustrator and of course the icons which were created by Bobbyperux.

You're using way too many divs. Also your headings are wrong.

<h1> does not belong semantically to "take a pick" it belongs to the "peephole" logo up at the top. I suggest putting that as your first heading (<h1>) Change it from an <img> to a <div> and set the image as the background. Insert the text <h1>PeepHole</h1> inside the div, and set
CODE
text-indent: 2000px;
) Its a useful technique. that way if you remove all the styling the text logo is still there (helpful for people using screenreaders and what not). Apple uses it on their site.

as for your divs, you don't need a #wrap div, body can be you wrapper. you also don't need a div just to clear the two columns. Your footer div can do that.

As for #middle and probably #top you're just using images. You don't need divs there either.

Fireworks for the win. I like Fireworks over photoshop when it comes to layout design. I'm not saying PS is bad. I use it for Photo shopping.
