I am sorry if I have put this post in the wrong place but I am new and I have this headache of a problem
 When I try and connect I get this message: Connection attempt failed with "EAI_NONAME - Neither nodename nor servname provided, or not known What exactly does it mean and how do I resolve it? I put in the correct hostname, username and password as instructed by my domain provider and have it set to passive mode as instructed also. Any help much appreciated. |

Can you printscreen the filezilla UI? I stick with FlashFXP
