Good day to everyone!


Im having a problem in entering my ZHCP (Zymic Hosting Control Panel). I entered my password and it said that it is incorrect. And when I selected the "reset password option", the emailed password also generated the same error. Is this some kind of a bug? Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

I've had a similar problem before (it told me that my password was correct, however I was not logged in), clearing the cookies (from zymic.com) solved the problem for me, maybe try that?

Same here.

Problem: it said that my password is incorrect then offer an option to reset my password.

Tried the reset password and it doesn't work either.

I'm just giving a feedback.

I cleared the cookies in my browser and it still doesn't work for me. I still can't login to my zhcp. But thanks anyway. biggrin.gif
