I'm thinking of creating an Interactive Gallery using Adobe Flex.

The main content will be a beautiful anime/game CG.

All pics will be clean and absolutely NOT a 18+ content. (though some pics are actually taken from those 18+ PC games.)

There will be tags specifying credits(artist name), series, .....

Future plans are to let users edit the tags.

I'm new to web hosting so I don't know if it's ok to host something that I didn't create myself. I believe this will cause copyright problem. But then again, what about all those anime site featuring loads of picture/CG?

Those site are up and running fine without copyright problem? I'm a bit confused.

Anyway, my question is: will my gallery be banned? here at Zymic or any other free host.

Thank you in advance.

I am not 100% positive if it's illegal or not, but I don't think so as long as you post the copyright for the actual game/anime that u took the character/drawing/screenshot from and don't claim them as your own.

And no i don't think it will e banned.
