The following is a short tutorial to help you transfer a domain name to another godaddy user.
First, go to your domain management screen and click on the domain you want to transfer. Then at the top you will see a button with paper and a pencil that says account change. (Below) ![]() Click on it. Then you will have a screen pop up that looks like this: ![]() If you are transferring the domain to someone that has a godaddy account enter their username or number. Then put in their email address that is associated with their account. If you are transferring the domain to someone not using godaddy (or as far as you know) just enter their email address. The next screen will ask for address e.t.c. Just put in fake items (unless you know them) and the new domain owner should change it upon receiving the domain. After that is done accept all of the terms of service, and your done! Hope this helps! |
