I know what you can and cannot do as an admin as I have owned many sites in my life. However, if you want to hire someone, you will need to provide more information.

You wont find any help here as your VB forum is against our TOS, the forum will be removed. Legal or not it is not allowed here, you have to use another forum or find a new host. Provided that your site is hosted here, If not then you can disregard this message.
