So I am trying to make a website (a main page with a few extra pages) and I have some questions.

First I made a website at a "uuuq.com" address. Will this be the public address of the website, or is it just an address used to log into my files? When I enter the address in my url, it has a 403 forbidden notice.

I went to the MySQL Database management and went through the process of making my admin thing.

When I go to PHP My Admin Alternative and put in what I used for the MySQL it doesn't work. I'm not even sure what the PHP is supposed to do really.

The file manager doesn't work. I downloaded FileZilla and was able to log in but I'm not even sure what the FTP is supposed to do or how to get to it. I was able to upload files from FileZilla but I don't know where to go to manage those files on my website.

I just need to know where to go from here and how to actually customize my website and figure out what the url is. Somebody mentioned http://www.co.cc/, do I have to get my domain from there? Is using a code from dreamweaver going to be compatible with customizing the website, and if so how would I go about doing that?

Basically I don't know what I'm doing, lol.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
