Following the issues that occurred affecting the Zymic database server, I am receiving the following error when attempting to load my site
http://wohguild.uuuq.com/wrm

QUOTE
There appears to be a problem with the database server.
We should be back up shortly.

I have checked the Online File Manager and the database I had created previously is no longer shown

I know there were widespread issues affecting databases and Jack advised that these need to be rebuilt but I have not seen an update about this in at least a week.
Any updates would be greatly appreciated

Can I possibly trouble for a response on this matter? The errors encountered have been ongoing for almost a month now and I would like to know if the SQL database can/will be restored, or if I should just recreate it and IRC is not available to me currently?

Thanks

Hello, unfortunately I don't think these databases can be restored. If you have a backup I will happily assist in importing it for you.
