Ok, i just made this character, i have this story with a friend which is funny... well we want to push this character to the next level by animating it.

my question is what should i use to animate this character ?

should i use Flash ? what is the best for it ? tutorials to animated flat drawings ?
should i use 3d ? what is the best for it ? tutorials to animated these type of drawings ?

any answers would be great, i just want to make him move a little smile.gif

Well, If you just want to "move him a little", then you should use flash. But if you ever want to really go anywhere with your character (movies, etc.), then you should use 3D. I highly suggest using a free 3D program called Blender (www.blender.org) to make it. Blender can make great stuff, and there are plenty of tutorials out there on how to use it. (see blenderartists.org or blendernation.com)

Hope this helped!
