I have some troubles in installing PrestaShop version 1.1 on server. When I tested it on localhost - nothing's going wrong, but here I get this:

Warning: is_dir() [function.is-dir]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/) is not within the allowed path(s): (/www/uuuq.com/s/h/o/shop111/htdocs) in /www/uuuq.com/s/h/o/shop111/htdocs/config/config.inc.php on line 28

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /www/uuuq.com/s/h/o/shop111/htdocs/config/config.inc.php:28) in /www/uuuq.com/s/h/o/shop111/htdocs/classes/Tools.php on line 42

Please help if someone knows this problem!!

seems like a permission issue. Do you have the correct files/folders with the right permissions? Will take a look at PrestaShop later

May be. The problem is, that I haven't much experience in installing such things. So, I actually could set the permissions wrong. I installed this shop onto my computer ( localhost ) with Denwer and everything worked perfect. If someone can spend a few minutes to look into what is going wrong, I'll be grateful.
