Your user/db names are too long. We have a maximum limit of 16. Unfortunately this means that your site is unable to have any db's. However, there is a work around.
If you create a second shorter site, you can connect to the db's from the second site from your first site. swordz |

I'm having trouble doing the same, and I also am over the 16 limit.
Didn't understand the help response, create another website? so sign back up all over again with a shorter domain name? |

Yes, but then use your old site.
The new site is a 'dummy' domain. All it does is hold the db's. Your main site is still your current site, you just use the db's from your new site. swordz |
