Hi all, I have a domain that was working ok with zymic: monticelli.com.es when it has another dns (74.86.20.181) But now it seems to be a change and the new are ns1.zzl.org [67.220.217.226] and ns2.zzl.org [67.220.217.229] I already change this (in the A record) in the control panel of my domain (three days ago) Before this I activate the web hosting linked with my domain: cronopio.zzl.org. I still can't access, getting this error:
--- This Zymic hosting account requires activation The address you have entered has not been activated. If you do not intend on using your hosting, please do not activate the account If you are the owner of this website please login to your account and visit this link. You will find within this page a small link named 'activate', click this and your domain will be restored to its former state. Due to a new server, you will be required to change your database credentials, an email will be sent detailing the new required values. If you are the owner and should need any help, please stop by our livechat, alternatively please post on our forum --- The link that the error so gentle to "invite me" to visit doesn’t appear, I suppose is already activated. In the control panel of my registar I have:' monticelli.com.es. A - 67.220.217.226 monticelli.com.es. A - 67.220.217.229 www.monticelli.com.es. A - 67.220.217.226 www.monticelli.com.es. A - 67.220.217.229 Somebody can tell me what I'm doing wrong and point me how to fix this. Thank you in advance mauricio BTW -Sorry for my english :-( |

I have review this thread, hoping to learn something about my own issue (HERE), but it really hasn't helped me much. I must be way too much of a noob.
So my client just purchased his intended domain name from Godaddy.com, and wants to transfer over from the current subdomain at uuuq.com. It seems like a simple transition... I just don't know where to make the edits. Is this an FTP upload concern, one that I set only in my account settings (which I get a similar message as above, telling me to use a different domain name that is unregistered), or do I have to set up some kind of settings with the registrar (godaddy)? Please help. Thanks, and best wishes. -will |
