Hello Support Team,
I am having troubles with deleting files / folders that are on my hosting account. I've tried CHmodding them, deleting through the web panel and through FTP and neither way works. I am trying to install Joomla and I goofed up and was trying to remove everything and start fresh, and its not allowing me to delete anything. What do I need to do? Is it possible to just reset my account and start from scratch with it? Thank you |

Delete the .htaccess's in those folders. If you can't see them, enable View Hidden Files. If they still dont show up, go into the Zymic Control Panel, login to your website, then go into the File Manager, and go directly into the folders and delete all the .htaccess's in there. Then you'll be able to delete the folders.
