When I try to install phpbb3 on the server using mysql or mysql with extension everything works well until create database tables option, where I get following error message..

I am unable to install it on my account... please guide me..

You're better off asking the phpbb team, these look like either bugs in your configuration or bugs in the version of software you have.

Have you CHModded the files to 777? Have you fooled around with any of the Phpbb files before you uploaded them to your site?
