1.First , I need to know where is the public_html folder ? Is it the root of my hosting account ?

2.I just created a subdomain in Control panel , and now files in side of folder works fine with the subdomain.
But , the folder is in my root folder. If I added a CMS like drupal,joomla or subdreamer , the folders made by that script works as subdomains ?(if I installed to the root - www.mysite.com/index.php)
or is it need to add as a custom domain ?

3.How can I change my domain's mx records ? i pointed my domain directly at zymic (not through a DNS service)

4.how can I add custom CNAMES ? i need to sign up with Google apps. So they request to change my cname zones to their url.

5.How can I use custom error pages ?(404, 401,402 , 502 and anything)

6.after reading forums , I found that Zymic do not allow mail() function. If then, can my script (phpbb , joomla) send email verification emails when sign ups by visitors ?

7. Is there any time limit with Zymic free hosting ?

8.Can I upload gz files to server and extract there?

9. Can I use the same mysql db in a forum and in a CMS ?
I need to have a global sign up which sign up anywhere , sign in anywhere.
Is it possible ?
(I am planning to have a lavalair script too.)

The public_html (also could be 'www') is just the soft directory for root on this hosting server.

To install multiple scripts onto sub domains, you will need to allocate their own directories. Otherwise, there is a fair chance you will get file/directory conflicts.

We do offer the mail function to be enabled for $10. This is to discourage spammers. In regards to your script using it, the script will just die at that point - no two ways about it.

Zymic Hosting runs under PHP Safe Mode to ensure optimum server security. If you familiarise yourself with the functions involved, you should be able to use the hosting quite freely.

Depends on database and table structure. No definitive answer will be available unless someone knows the entire setup.
