Please help me. I'm upload engine to the serever by FTP FLEEZILLA i'ts joomla and when i go to the site i ahve to see this text

please make sure you read over the joomla manual. Seems like you uploaded joomla to a sub directory instead of root, hence you can't see your joomla installation. Here's a quick guide on how to install joomla, there are more around the forums.
