i have uploaded my FTP files via filezilla using the instructions provided here - http://zymic.com/knowledge-base/ftp.html#

when i view my website ( http://paulsonlinestore.clanteam.com ) im still getting this message:

Try clearing your Browsers Cache.

I have never been able to connect using FTP.

How can it connect using FileZilla? I have tried host names as follows: washingtonbonsai.zymichost.com

user names as follows: used both "washingtonbonsai@zymichost.com" and "washingtonbonsa" alone

with my password but nothing works: see log

I am wondering how to customize the uploading for filezilla?
I used the default setting to upload some files to install my website, but when i finished and compared those files to original ones, they were different size, that's confused me.....

I want to transfer about 600 MB data to my server with filezilla, but after about 10 files the connection get lost everytime - failed to connect and when i restart it works for the next 15 files - i can repeat this about 10 times, then my ip is used too often to connect, so i cant transfer the files anyhow - any suggestions?

THIS IS SOLVED! Ed on mIRC #hosting helped me out! It was this new implemented system that was the problem.

I am not able to loggin to the FTP. I get a 530 Error...
I have heard that you have implemented a new system that prevents connection if registration country doesn't match connection country...

I suppose I dont have the same.

Could anyone help me? (I tried to login from work and it works from work because it was there I registered and the IP at work shows as if were in another country)

Hello, I believe my problem is similar to milesprowl's or Odysseus'. My website works perfectly fine; however, I'm unable to log in to my FTP account. On all the ftp clients I've tried, I get this:

An error has occured

Unable to login to FTP server <my account>.clanteam.com with username <my account>_clanteam.

Are you sure your username and password are correct? Please contact your ISP helpdesk or system administrator for help.

The host and username was copy-pasted straight from the zymic hosting control panel, and I'm very sure that my password is correct as it's the same one I used to log into said hosting control panel. It's been like this for a week.

Until the admins raise the limit, you can use an archive utility to split large files.

Your visitors will have to click each segment to download, then extract the archive.

I have 1 main and 4 sub domains, the main and 3 subdomains are ftp login OK but the other subdomain ric-forex.clanteam.com gives connection refused.
