I'm using FireFTP, which has been great for the past year and a half. Having trouble logging in with the Zymic host. it worked a few days ago, but now gives me an error 503. HELP!!

I can't login.. I've used every possible variable nearly... Maybe I'm doing something wrong and someone can assist me....!
 Ok.. my signin name is "Atomic"... The url is "Atomic.uuuq.com" What credentials am I to use?.... On a side note... since I really don't want to use FTP. Is there a way to extract zipped files in the File Manager?.. I couldn't find an option. Thanks.... |

I'm afraid there isn't a way to unzip on the server.
Your host name is atomic.uuuq.com. Your user name is atomic. You should know your password. swordz |

I installed Joomla and while installing i got wasn't able to setup ftp settings for Joomla. After installation i tried again and it gives me errors:

I am trying to upload my website using FTP and the filezilla says that the file is on the remote site, but every time I try to access it, it says error 403 forbidden! The address you have entered is not open to the public....how do I fix this?
whatsnext.uuuq.com that is my site....help please! |

can any1 help i'm getting a authentication error and i'm more than positive i'm using the correct details because i have them saved in filezilla and its the connect settings i've always used my site is www.toclansite.clanteam.comtoclansite

I normally use Filezilla to upload files, but I am unable to connect to the server. So I tried the Web-based file manager, and the page did not load properly in exactly the same way described by TheBlueNinja. Update: I just tried the web-based file manager in Internet Explorer; it failed in the same way. (IE version 7.0.6001.18000, in case it's relevant.) |
