Account Suspended Wrongly!, My account was suspended without any breaching Zymic's ToS

Dear admins and mods,

my account hosting on Friendz.clanteam.com was being suspended and it is really unfair for me as i do not violate any Zymic's ToS.

What i just uploaded into the web host is the Vanilla 2 forum and i dont think it violated any Zymic ToS.

My Hosting account do not contain any of these:

• Phishing / scams
• Hacking (tools, shells, ...)
• Pornography
• Warez / piracy
• Nulled scripts
• Pharmacy / 'Viagra'
• SEO spam
• Key loggers
• Bit-Torrent trackers / clients
• vBulletin
• Invision Power Board
• Galaxy Tool
• CStrike
• Web proxies
• RapidLeech
• Chatrooms
• Habbo clones
• Webcams
• Weather scripts
• Affiliate landing pages / Made for Adsense spam
• Warez link protectors

Once, I upload my IPB forum to the site however I delete them as it violate ToS.

Please, do realize. I'm following these ToS. If you gonna to block them, let the reason get into the ToS.
If Zymic's user account are going to be suspended at any time without "make-in-sense" reason, please do tell us.

I hope I got some solution to this.

You agree that Zymic.com may terminate Your password, account, Zymic.com Site, use of the System, or use of any other Zymic.com service, and remove and discard any Content within the System, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if Zymic.com believes that You have violated or acted inconsistently with the provisions of the TOS. Zymic.com may also, at any time, discontinue providing the System, or any part thereof, with or without prior notice. You agree that any termination of Your access to the System under any provision of this TOS may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Zymic.com may immediately deactivate or delete Your account and Zymic.com Site and all related information and files in Your account and Zymic.com Site and/or bar any further access to such files or the System. Further, You agree that Zymic.com shall not be liable to You or any third-party for any termination of Your access to the System.

We do make you well aware of what is and isn't allowed on our servers. To be quite honest, we make it very clear what is allowed and what isn't. We do it during the sign up process and scattered throughout the site.

On the second note, Invision Power Board is a paid application and without a license, you are violating copyright laws and you are subject to prosecution.

So, your account will remain suspended until you contact a staff member with a license number which we will verify with Invison Services.
