I want my account DELETED!
I have been trying for a few months now to update my web site and can't seem to do that since the FTP is ALWAYS DOWN!! Dont tell me that I need to download that stupid filevilla or what the f*** it is called. IT HAS A VIRUS IN IT. No I will NOT turn off my virus scanner just to download it either. I just want my account deleted from your services. Ya'll might want to rethink any advertising on how great you are cause the service here is like the Geek Squad............IT SUCKS!! |

you need to use an ftp client to access your files on your hosting account and if you need help with that then follow this link http://zymic.com/knowledge-base/ftp.html

FileZilla is open-source --- no one could hide a virus in it if they tried. However, you may have had your download of it infected due to an existing infection you weren't aware of. I recommend a more thorough scan of your system with multiple antimalware software (successively, not simultaneously).
