Hi, i just signed up my new domain account.
I had my password in a wordpad doc , which i guess I closed wrongly. It's gone now. i tried the reset option, went to my email, clicked the confirm link ("Hello, You have a requested a password change; in order to finalize the operation, click the link below" http://hosting.zymic.com/password.jsp?code....zymichost.com), which opened the zymic page saying it was reset, and an email would arrive. It never came. Why? Also would it go to the email addy that i opened to read confirm message (above) or some other one? Thanks, this has happened before, worst feature in zymic, i hate it. Lesson, don't ever lose ya password, cause u never get in again, which means your domain is a useless waste of time and u can never use that name again.. |
