Hey guys, i am new to Zymic, and tried using the FTP i entered all the details that were supplied and i keep getting this message
'Can't establish connection --> sharpphotography.zxq.net:21 @ Thu Jan 17 12:46:34 2008 (11004-100) The requested name is valid and was found in the database, but it does not have the correct associated data being resolved for.' i use Core FTP LE, I have used it many times on many other sites, and did everything the same way as any other website...I have tried a few other ways.. I was thinking sence i only just signed up, would there be a wait on it all or not...or could there be something else wrong... heres the details i entered- Address/Host: sharpphotography.zxq.net User Name: sharpphotography@zxq.net Pass: ************************** And i get nothing, this is the same as the information that was supplied in the email they sent me.... [EDIT] : Also if i go to my link http://sharpphotography.zxq.net/ it comes up with nothing... Help is greatly appreciated, Nick. |
