Looks pretty good. The header text is a bit cartoony though and doesn't fit the professional feel of the rest of the layout.

 Only problem might be the footer which looks a bit big.. And ok.. make the text look more pro on the top Really nice ! |

Too much empty space at the top. And the footer is very big. If fixed, seems nice to be a Wordpress theme.
