It was going to happen eventually, and I'm sure a lot of us are proud of our PCs, so brag about yours.
 I've got two here, my main desktop: CPU - core 2 duo 6400 @ 2.13GHz HDD - 320GB WD Sata2 7200RPM RAM - 2GB (2x1GB Corsair) GPU - Nvidia 7600GT 256MB Monitors: 2x 19" Widescreen SyncMaster 940BWs (res: 2880x900) And my former desktop current backup box, which is somewhat older (single core 1.8GHz, 1GB RAM [originally 256MB], etc). Both running Slackware Linux, and the desktop machine is using KDE 3.5.7.

...Also Jack, Desktops are still useful, You get more for your money hardware wise...plus hardwares usually cost more to repair...If Laptops were like the same price as desktops then Desktops would probably discontinued...I am sure someday that will happen lol |
