Good morning,

I have just uploaded a new template to my Joomla 1.7's "template" directory through FTP. (I know that I did it correctly since I didn't have this problem before in previous version that I used months ago).

However after that I went to my Template Manger in Joomla backend admin system, I don't see the template that I uploaded.

I have tried making the that template's storing folder(that is /templates/myTemplate) to use the permission of 777(it was 755), but it still didn't work.

Can anyone give me some directions to this problem? Thanks very much! rolleyes.gif

I'm having the same problem. Have followed all tutorials on here but still doesn't show up.

Have tried different templates and different version (1.5 - 1.7), but still no results.... can't really work on a template when it doesn't show unsure.gif
