Hi, I have a free web hosting account. Was wondering if there was a way for me to connect to the mySQL server remotely (i.e. not from localhost). I have a mysql admin program called navicat that i love to use and would prefer to login using that. Is this possible.
Actually, i know it is possible. It requires a host entry in the database with % instead of localhost. I guess my question is, do u allow that and if so how do i set it up? Thanks |

we do not allow remote connections towards our database at all so no its not possible
