Hi,
I have a problem with DKIM and SPF Register. I purchased my domain "vivemallorca.es" in GoDaddy, but I have hosted it in Zymic. I purchased the service of email with this domain in GoDAddy. Then I purchased the MX Record in Zymic. I've setup everything in Google Apps. And now I need to configure SPF Register and DKIM to autenticate the domain, because my email's is SPAM for hotmail. I have to do it in Zymic DNS configuration, haven't I? This is what Google Apps tell to me: "Authenticating e-mail Selected domains using the protocol DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) for authentication of outgoing emails. You must update the DNS records for this domain. To start the authentication e-mail in the selected domain, enter the following DNS TXT record in the DNS configuration page of your domain provider. Then click on "Start authentication." Host Name (DNS TXT record name): google._domainkey TXT registry value: DKIM1 v = k = rsa; p = MIGfMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBAQUAA4GNADCBiQKBgQC1M0lzoSpG09+lxCxSvwWX7TcCfE79bTXHU4vMG1cL QK6VyS+X51T4l+3jvVARwKe5Kul3AJ83RfpZhvKdSW/RqnykqtSCOp49vPNco35aSeBCOQ15kr/ZflP4WkHwAFrpJ/mG5uDeFRjgokNfRIKyb612nRXMN4dqnccHVv3BMwIDAQAB " And for SPF... "To create an SPF record for a domain: Access the Domain Management Console. Create a TXT record that contains this text: v = spf1 include: _spf.google.com ~ all Save the changes." HELP ME, PLEASE!!! |

you need to purchase MX Records from us in order to do it and just go to http://livechat.zymic.com/hosting and type ?mx Hi again. As I said previouly, I've already purchased MX Records. You sent to me this email on 7th octobre 2011 to juan.luis.fortes@gmail.com. Note that my email is working correctly. My problem is that it seem's SPAM. "Thank you for your payment, Google App's MX records have now been applied to your domain. To continue, please register your domain with Google Apps at the following address: https://www.google.com/a/cpanel/domain/new The domain you need to enter here is: vivemallorca.es It can take up to 48 hours for Google to notice the DNS change, so please be patient. Kind Regards, Ed" |

you mean you get spam on your site's e-mails? When I send an e-mail from @vivemallorca.es to xxx@hotmail.com, hotmail (SmartScreen filtering tecnology) believes this e-mail is SPAM. Google Apps recomends to me... http://support.google.com/a/bin/answer.py?...mp;answer=33786 and... http://support.google.com/a/bin/answer.py?...p;answer=174124 In this link you can read about SPF ... http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sender_Policy_Framework Sorry, perhaps I don't understand correctly DKIM and SPF, it's difficult to me, or even, perhaps I'm asking for you too much. Thank you. |

Resolved this via IRC. Does not require any DNS or server configuration changes but instead sending correct PHP mail headers.
