I have just created a database which will be accessed ty TNG (genealogy program). I uploaded the program files and I am now trying to get it to work, In the files uploaded is an html readme file which goes through the setup phases step by step. Unfortunately nothing seems to work.
A diagnostic program, part of TNG, reports that MySQL 5.0.45 client is running but that MySQL (serveur) 4.0.1 or higher is required. How can this be corrected. Thanks Jacques Deslauriers |

we are running a higher MySQL server that what is required so it can be a problem with your database settings so go to http://mysqlquery.zymichost.com/connectionchecker.php and see what errors you get if there is any

Thanks Jacques Deslauriers I erased all the TNG stuff and uploaded it again Re-installed everything and, it worked properly. That was yesterday Today I try to access the site but I get this message : Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /www/zxq.net/r/e/n/renaud-deslauriers/htdocs/config.php on line 146 I can't access the site anymore. I used FTP to see if I could find this config.php file but it is not within my files Any idea ? Thanks Jacques |

that means on your site's coding you have an unexpected end on that file so its has nothing related to MySQL
