I prefer both tea and coffee. But coffee is batter than tea. Because tea have some acidic factor for our body but coffee is good for health.

Neither. In the morning I prefer drinking plain clear water. I find it much healthier then drinking coffee or tea, although I still drink them both from time to time. Especially coffee when I need to stay up all night to finish a specific project.
