there are many ways for increasing traffic for site like:
(i)today SMO(social media optimization) is becoming very usefull way for bringing huge traffic to site by using social networking sites like facebook, google+, twitter etc. (ii) by using link building techniques of seo like forum posting, social bookmarking, blog commenting etc. (iii) by including fresh good unique quality content in sites and updating your site with fresh content regularly. |

Make sure you have unique quality content, this can be the most relevant fact in getting traffic, even more important then SEO. Because if you don't have content people want/need your website is basically useless.

I also Searched for a same problem for many number of days. At last I found a technique named SEO (search engine optimization) which is used to increase the traffic/page rank of our website.I got this technique from google.com/ . I increased my website traffic using search engine visibility technique from " thewebpole.com/ ".They provide me Robots.txt file and Robots Meta tag analyzer which is used to keep my website in higher page rank.They gave Track progress with Top 10 SEO Checklist and ranking reports.They are very helpful to increase the customer support with dedicated phone numbers and E-Mails.So I prefer you to visit this site to increase your website traffic.
