Hi, I am new to this site/forum. I am in the process of uploading my web site to your zxq.net server. My domain points to this servers ip addres and pinging my domain name (fenouilledesmotos.com) returns the correct ip address (67.220.217.235).
So, why is it when I try to access my site via the firefox browser the connection is made but the index page is not loaded? I am using Dreamweaver as the ftp client.

Many thanks.......

Here is an update: I can load my web site from the zxq.net subdomain (http://fenouilledesmotos.zxq.net/francais/index.html) but not from my custom domain. I see there is another topic on the subject of problems with custom domains. I will continue researching this. Any feedback here will be much appreciated.

Did you add the domain to your account in the ZHCP?

Yep, did that. In fact I have deleted and recreated the "custom domain". Still no change.
