hi all
my problem is Account has been suspended for a breach of Zymic's terms of service: view them here. If warranted, you will of been reported to your local authorities and ISP also.

If you're account has been suspended you will need to visit the livechat and request to speak to a member of the abuse team to work out the reason for your suspension.
