i will suggest that Maya is best for creating a 3D graphics, and other is 3d Cinema,........or 3D Max is good for making 3d Design....

Maya and Blender are the best tool for 3D designing. Maya is easy to learn and has many advanced features.But I would suggest Blender as it has the most fastest workflow and moreover it does not require high configuration system.
