My website is down for the second time in the past few days and I desperately need to know when it will be up again and if it will be stable.
Does anyone know? Also, can anyone tell me why only my second Zymic-hosted website is down while my first website has been completely unaffected? It's really worrying me as my first website is personal and my second website is for my company. Thank you! |

I see now that all of the original zxq.net addresses work for my home page and all the directories. The addresses with my custom domain are no longer working. I've logged into my account at Moniker and none of that information has changed. Seemingly the domain name servers still point to zymic, but for some reason they just don't work anymore.... No idea what's causing this. |

I'm really not trying to have this thread be JUST ME. But I notice now that not 10 minutes after posting that, everything is fixed and restored to normal. Is there any way of knowing if someone fixed something for me? Or if something was down that just went back up.... I really need an idea of how often this will be happening, cos we're about to be giving this address to clients, plus we'll be setting up PayPal and things like that so... We're really relying on it being up the way my first Zymic website it always up. |

sometimes it goes down for a bit and then comes back up, its just due to the amount of users that is on our servers
